Under the terms of the Investor's Service Plan, shareholders may invest their dividends and may make optional cash purchases weekly in amounts up to $10,000 each month. Enrollment is unrestricted. Current shareholders may purchase additional shares and non-shareholders may make initial investments through the Plan Administrator.

Shareholders may also deposit their certificates with the Plan Administrator to increase the security and liquidity of their holdings.
