ST. LOUIS, Apr 28, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Thomas R. Voss, president and CEO of Ameren Corp. (NYSE:AEE), will join Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to discuss 2010 first quarter financial results and other matters related to the company in a conference call with financial analysts on Wednesday, May 5, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.ameren.com. Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the Investors/Webcasts and presentations area of Ameren's Web site.
