Martin J. Lyons, senior vice president and CFO of Ameren Corp., to
discuss 2009 year-end and fourth quarter financial results and other
matters related to the company in a conference call with financial
analysts on Thursday, Feb. 18, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m.
Central Time).
The call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.ameren.com.
Supporting materials for the call will be posted in the
Investors/Webcasts and presentations area of Ameren's Web site. A replay
of the Webcast will be available for one year beginning approximately
one hour after the close of the call.
With assets of $24 billion, Ameren serves about 2.4 million electric
customers and almost one million natural gas customers in a
64,000-square-mile area of Missouri and Illinois. Ameren owns a diverse
