National Fuel Gas Company offers a Direct Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan") that allows registered common stockholders to reinvest dividends.  The Plan also allows participants to make optional cash investments, including automatic monthly cash investments, in National Fuel Gas Company common stock.  In addition, the Plan allows individuals who are not existing stockholders to make their initial investment, without needing to obtain a broker.  For a detailed description of the Plan, please see the Prospectus in PDF format.

Existing Shareholders with Online Access

If you are an existing shareholder and previously managed your account online with our former transfer agent BNY Mellon (now Computershare), you will need to activate a new online account with Wells Fargo Shareowner Services. Please follow the steps below.

• Go to Wells Fargo Shareowner Services website: www.shareowneronline.com
• Select the Sign Up Now! link under I am a Current Shareholder
• Select Authentication ID from the list and check I do not have my Authentication ID
• Enter your 10-digit Wells Fargo account number
• Enter National Fuel Gas Company
• Click the Send ID button

If you have an email address on file with Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, your ID will be sent via email, otherwise your ID will be mailed to your address of record.
