the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the acquisition of McDATA

Trade Commission (FTC) has requested additional information and documentary
material in connection with its regulatory review of Brocade's proposed
acquisition of McDATA, under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act
