 Yes. On May 2, 2013, our board of directors approved our first ever quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share to be paid on June 27, 2013 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 19, 2013. Future dividend declarations will be subject to Board approval.

Under the terms of the merger agreement Veritas shareholders will receive in a tax-free exchange of 1.1242 shares of Symantec common stock for each share of Veritas common stock. The price of Symantec common stock upon which fractional share cash payments will be based is $21.88, the closing price of Symantec on July 1, 2005. Regarding the tax consequences on the fractional shares, we urge you to contact your tax advisor.
