Hersha Hospitality Management to Serve as Third Party Manager
MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 26, 2010 – Homewood Suites by Hilton, the international brand of all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced the opening of its first extended stay property in Bucks County, the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Newtown/Bucks County, PA. The four-story, 104-suite hotel, developed by Reese Hotels, is owned by Pheasant Run Hotels who selected Hersha Hospitality Management as its third party hotel manager.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown offers studio, one- and two-bedroom suites. Additional guest amenities include a daily complimentary Suite Start hot breakfast in the hotel’s hospitality center—the “Lodge”—a Welcome Home reception featuring a complimentary light meal and beverages Monday-Thursday evenings, an executive business center, and a 24-hour on-site pantry.
