|Conrad Hotels & Resort Introduces New iPhone Application|
MCLEAN, Va. – (April 28, 2010) – Conrad Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new iPhone and iPod Touch application, building on Hilton Worldwide’s commitment to fulfilling guests’ needs via digital media. From managing reservations to e-check-in, the new application’s user-friendly interface provides travelers with a fast, easy on-the-go experience.
“We have always been in step with our guests’ mobile lifestyles and business travel needs,” said John Vanderslice , Global Head of Luxury and Lifestyle Brands, Hilton Worldwide . “This application builds on that foundation by delivering important services and information right to our guests’ fingertips in Conrad style.”
The application enables guests to find and book hotel rooms through its GPS feature, modify existing reservations, browse Conrad Hotels & Resorts vacation specials and have easy click-and-call hotel access. In addition, all members of the Hilton HHonors program can use the application to redeem points and check balances. Gold and Diamond members have exclusive use of an e-check-in feature that allows guests to check into their rooms up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
Hilton Worldwide introduced the iPhone and iPod Touch application late last year across six other hotel brands including Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and Hampton Hotels.
