InSite Vision to Report First Quarter 2012 Financial Results on May 1, 2012

ALAMEDA, Calif., Apr 23, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) --InSite Vision Incorporated (OTCBB: INSV) announced today that it will report financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012 on Tuesday, May 1, 2012.

Company management will host a conference call that day beginning at 4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT to discuss first quarter financial results and to review recent accomplishments and upcoming milestones. Investors will be invited to ask questions during the call following management's prepared remarks.
