Ms. Georgiadis is the Chief Operating Officer of Groupon, Inc. From October 2009 to May 2011, Ms. Georgiadis was the Vice President, Global Sales Operations of Google Inc. Prior to that time, she was a Principal at Synetro Capital, LLC, a private investment firm, where she remains a board member. From 2004 to 2008, she served as the Executive Vice President of Card Products and Chief Marketing Officer of Discover Financial Services. Prior to joining Discover, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 1990 to 2004, where she co-led the Marketing and Retail Practices and founded the Customer Acquisition and Management and Retail Marketing Practices. Ms. Georgiadis also serves on the Board of Directors of NorthShore University HealthSystem. |
