(Nasdaq:QLGC) today announced that it has been selected as a provider of 8Gb Fibre Channel connectivity for the new HP ProLiant Generation 8 (Gen8) server line. QLogic has also developed one of the industry's first Fibre Channel mezzanine adapters, the HP BLc QMH2572, for HP ProLiant Gen8 blade servers.
