DOVER ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2016 EARNINGS RELEASE DATE, CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST

Downers Grove, IL, July 6, 2016 - Dover (NYSE: DOV) announced today that it will release second quarter 2016 earnings at 6:00 a.m. Central time (7:00 a.m. Eastern time) on Thursday, July 21, 2016.  Later that morning, Dover will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. Central time (10:00 a.m. Eastern time) to discuss these results.
