TEGNA Inc.’s (NYSE: TGNA) Board of Directors today declared a dividend
of 14 cents per share, payable on October 1, 2015 to stockholders of
record as of the close of business on September 4, 2015.
On June 22, 2015, TEGNA announced that the company expects to return
approximately $1.5 billion to shareholders by the end of 2018 through a
regular cash dividend of $0.56 per share annually and a $750 million
share repurchase program to be completed over a three-year period.
