Raikes has been a director of the Company since December 5, 2008. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since September 2008. Since 1981, Mr. Raikes held several positions for Microsoft Corporation, including President of the Business Division from 2005 to 2008.
