	Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (symbol: RT) has traded on the New York Stock Exchange since March 11, 1996. Prior to that time period, the stock traded on the NYSE as Morrison Restaurants, Inc.

	Our fiscal year started June 6, 2012 and ends on June 4, 2013.

6.	What is your dividend policy?
	During fiscal 1997, our Board of Directors approved a dividend policy as an additional means of returning capital to our shareholders. The payment of a dividend in any particular future period and the actual amount thereof remain at the discretion of the Board of Directors, and no assurance can be given that dividends will be paid in the future.

7.	Do you have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?
	We do not currently have a dividend reinvestment plan.

8.	Can Ruby Tuesday stock be purchased from Ruby Tuesday, Inc.?
	No. Ruby Tuesday stock cannot be purchased directly from the Company. You must use a broker to buy or sell our stock.

	We issue quarterly press releases. We do not issue quarterly or semi-annual reports to shareholders.

	Our annual meetings are generally held in October. The fiscal year 2012 meeting was held at 11:00 a.m. on October 10, 2012 at the Ruby Tuesday Restaurant Support Center, 150 West Church Ave, Maryville, TN.
