5.What is your current fiscal year?
 Our fiscal year 2010 started June 3, 2009 and ends on June 1, 2010.

6.What is your dividend policy?
 On January 9, 2008, the Board of Directors announced a plan of moving our semi-annual dividend to an annual payment, and thus no dividend was paid during third quarter of fiscal 2008. On May 21, 2008, we entered into amendments of our revolving credit facility and private placement notes. Under the terms of the amendments, we may not pay a dividend until we achieve certain leverage thresholds for two consecutive fiscal quarters. Were we to achieve these leverage thresholds, the payment of a dividend in any particular future period and the actual amount thereof remain, however, at the discretion of the Board of Directors and no assurance can be given that dividends will be paid in the future. Please refer to the Company's SEC filings for additional information.

7.Do you have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?
 We do not currently have a dividend reinvestment plan.

8.Can Ruby Tuesday stock be purchased from Ruby Tuesday, Inc.?
 No. Ruby Tuesday stock cannot be purchased directly from the Company. You must use a broker to buy or sell our stock.
