Hatim A. Tyabji has served as a Director since April 1998; as Chairman
of the Audit Committee since June 2002 and as Chairman of
the Board since June 2012.

Mr. Tyabji has served as Chairman and CEO of:
-Verifone (NYSE), transaction automation services.
-Saraide, wireless data applications.
-Bytemobile, wireless infrastructure.

Additionally, he served as Chairman of Datacard, credit and debit card
processing infrastructure.

He has served on a number of other public and private company boards
in enterprise software, payment processing and wireless technologies.

Currently, he serves as Chairman of Jasper Wireless and on the boards
of Touch Networks (Australia) and the Missile Defense Advocacy
Alliance.

He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.B.A. He is
a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program and was awarded an
honorary doctorate by the State University of New York.

He is the author of "Husband, Wife & Company: An Honest Perspective on
Success in Life and Work", which explores the complex
interrelationships between family and career.
