Patrick E.  Malloy III Chairman of the Board

Mr. Malloy became Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2003. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Malloy Enterprises, Inc., a real estate and investment holding company, and Malloy Real Estate, Inc. since 1973. In addition, Mr. Malloy served as a director of North Fork Bancorp (NYSE) from 1998 to 2002 and was Chairman of the Board of New York Bancorp (NYSE) from 1991 to 1998. He joined the Company’s Board in 2000.

Walter G. “Gil” Goodrich Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Goodrich became Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2003. He has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Mr. Goodrich was Goodrich Oil Company’s Vice President of Exploration from 1985 to 1989 and its President from 1989 to 1995. He joined Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company, as an exploration geologist in 1980. Gil Goodrich is the son of Henry Goodrich, the Company’s Chairman of the Board-Emeritus. He has served as one of the Company’s directors since 1995.

Robert C. Turnham, Jr. President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Turnham has served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since 1995 and became President and Chief Operating Officer in 2003. He has held various positions in the oil and natural gas business since 1981. From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Turnham served as a financial analyst for Pennzoil. In 1984 he formed Turnham Interests, Inc. to pursue oil and natural gas investment opportunities. From 1993 to 1995 he served as President of Liberty Production Company, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company.

Mark E. Ferchau Executive Vice President

Mr. Ferchau became Executive Vice President of the Company in 2004. He had previously served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, after initially joining the Company as a Vice President in 2001. Mr. Ferchau previously served as Production Manager for Forcenergy Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and as Vice President, Engineering of Convest Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Prior thereto, Mr. Ferchau held various positions with Wagner & Brown, Ltd. and other independent oil and gas companies.

Michael J. Killelea Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Killelea joined the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2009. Mr. Killelea has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. In 2008, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Maxus Energy Corporation, a private oil and gas exploration and production company located in The Woodlands, Texas. Prior to that time, Mr. Killelea was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Pogo Producing Company, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Houston, Texas, from 2000 through 2007.

Jan L. Schott Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Schott has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2010. She joined the company in 2007 as Vice President and Controller, serving as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Schott served as Senior Manager, Expenditure Accounting and Systems Support of Apache Corporation since 2001. From 1997 to 2001 she served consecutively in the positions of Manager, Financial Analysis; Manager, Financial Accounting; and Manager, Expenditure Accounting. Prior to joining Apache Corporation, Ms. Schott was in public accounting with KPMG LLP from 1991 to 1997. Ms. Schott is a certified public accountant

Tom S. Nemec Senior Vice President - Operations

Mr. Nemec joined the Company as Senior Project Manager in 2004 and was named Vice President – Project Management in 2006 and Senior Vice President of Operations in 2008 . He served as Completion Specialist – Mid-Continent Business Unit for ChevronTexaco from 2002 until joining the Company in 2004. From 1980 to 2002, Mr. Nemec held various positions with Texaco (Getty) in production, drilling and completion operations for fields throughout East Texas, South Texas, Louisiana, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Bret Hammett Senior Vice President – Exploration

Mr. Hammett joined the Company in July 2009. He is a geologist with 29 years experience in the ArkLaTex region. That experience has been applied at various levels of management and prospect generation with public companies such as Arkla Exploration and Apache Corporation, as well as, private independent oil and gas companies. He led Apache into the North Louisiana Basin and was an integral part of their development of the Bossier play in East Texas. Most recently, he has successfully prospected for Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous reservoirs as an independent geologist.

James G. Marston, III Senior Vice President - Land

Mr. Marston became Senior Vice President-Land in 2012. He had previously been the Company’s Vice President – Land since 1995. From 1977 to 1995, he served as Vice President – Land of Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company. Prior to joining Goodrich Oil Company, he was a landman with Crystal Oil Company. Mr. Marston is a Certified Petroleum Landman and is based in the Company’s Shreveport office.

Clarke A. Denney Senior Vice President – Drilling

Mr. Denney became Senior Vice President – Drilling of the Company in 2012. He had previously been the Company’s Vice President-Drilling since 2011. Mr. Denney began working for the Company in 2006 as a contract senior drilling engineer. He joined the Company as Drilling Manager in 2008. Prior to Goodrich Petroleum, Mr. Denney was a senior drilling engineering consultant for Danish Oil and Natural Gas Company from 2002 through 2005. Mr. Denney previously worked as a senior drilling engineer for Carrizo Oil and Gas and El Paso Corporation from 2000 through 2002 and prior to that, held various engineering positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the mid-continent and gulf regions of the U.S.A. and Norway with Phillips Petroleum Company.

Leslee M. Ranly Vice President - Human Resources & Administration

Ms. Ranly joined the Company as Director of Human Resources, Corporate Secretary in 2006 and was named Vice President – Human Resources and Administration in 2009. Ms. Ranly has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Secretary for Mission Resources Corporation.

Rusty Mondelli Vice President – Information Technology

Mr. Mondelli joined the Company in 2007 as Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Mondelli has over 19 years of oil and gas industry experience with a concentration of energy systems design and development, financial system implementation and technology project management. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mondelli was Director of Global Technology for ATP Oil and Gas Corporation. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Mondelli was Director of Business Systems and Development for CMS Oil and Gas Company where he was responsible for application design and support for over 400 users.

Cory Christofferson Vice President – Reservoir Engineering

Mr. Christofferson became Vice President of Reservoir Engineering in 2011. He previously served as Reservoir Manager, after initially joining the company as Sr. Production Engineer in 2006. From 2000 until 2006 he held various production and reservoir engineering positions with ChevronTexaco, working primarily tight gas fields in East Texas, South Texas, Wyoming, and Oklahoma.

Dawn Smajstrla Vice President – Controller

Ms. Smajstrla joined the Company in 2010 as Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Smajstrla worked at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as Director, Corporate Audit and as Assistant Controller from 2008-2010. From 2005-2006 and 2007-2008, Ms. Smajstrla served in the positions of Senior Consultant and Director, respectively, of Sirius Solutions, L.L.P. She was Financial Controller of Victory Packaging, Inc. from 2006-2007. Ms. Smajstrla is a certified public accountant.

Darrell Knight Vice President – Production

Mr. Knight became Vice President of Production in 2010. He previously served as Production Manager from 2004 through 2010, after initially joining the company as Senior Production Engineer in 2002. Mr. Knight has 29 years experience as a reservoir and production engineer, working in the Gulf Coast Region, including Texas, Louisiana, and Federal offshore properties.

Timothy D. Lane Vice President – Land and Planning Administration

Mr. Lane joined the Company in 2009 as Manager of Land & Planning Administration and was named Vice President of Land & Planning Administration in 2012. Mr. Lane started his oil and gas career with Superior Oil Company and has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry with companies such as El Paso Merchant Energy and BP North America Gas & Power as well as private independent oil and gas companies.
