| | Mr. Malloy, III. became Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2003. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Malloy Enterprises, Inc., a real estate and investment holding company, and Malloy Real Estate, Inc. since 1973. In addition, Mr. Malloy served as a director of North Fork Bancorp (NYSE) from 1998 to 2002 and was Chairman of the Board of New York Bancorp (NYSE) from 1991 to 1998. He joined the Company’s Board in May 2000. |
Walter G. “Gil” Goodrich Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
| | Mr. Goodrich became Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 2003. He has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since August 1995. Mr. Goodrich was Goodrich Oil Company’s Vice President of Exploration from 1985 to 1989 and its President from 1989 to August 1995. He joined Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company, as an exploration geologist in 1980. Gil Goodrich is the son of Henry Goodrich, the Company’s Chairman of the Board-Emeritus. He has served as one of the Company’s directors since August 15, 1995. |
Robert C. Turnham, Jr. President and Chief Operating Officer
| | Mr. Turnham has served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since August 1995 and became President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2003. He has held various positions in the oil and natural gas business since 1981. From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Turnham served as a financial analyst for Pennzoil. In 1984 he formed Turnham Interests, Inc. to pursue oil and natural gas investment opportunities. From 1993 to August 1995 he served as President of Liberty Production Company, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. |
David R. Looney Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
| | Mr. Looney joined the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2006. Mr. Looney has over twenty-five years of experience in the energy finance business, most recently as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Partners, Ltd and prior to that as the Vice-President, Finance and Treasurer of EOG Resources, Inc. |
Mark E. Ferchau Executive Vice President
| | Mr. Ferchau became Executive Vice President of the Company in April 2004. From February 2003 to April 2004, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, after initially joining the Company as a Vice President in September 2001. Mr. Ferchau previously served as Production Manager for Forcenergy Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and as Vice President, Engineering of Convest Energy Corporation from 1993 to 1997. Prior thereto, Mr. Ferchau held various positions with Wagner & Brown, Ltd. and other independent oil and gas companies. |
Michael J. Killelea Sr VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
| | Michael J. Killelea joined the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2009. Mr. Killelea has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. From June 2008 through November 2008, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Maxus Energy Corporation, a private oil and gas exploration and production company located in The Woodlands, Texas. Prior to that time, Mr. Killelea was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Pogo Producing Company, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Houston, Texas, from March 2000 until the sale of Pogo Producing Company to Plains Exploration Company in November 2007. |
Tom S. Nemec Sr. VP Operations
| | Mr. Nemec joined the Company as Senior Project Manager in September 2004 and was named Vice President – Project Management in January 2006. He served as Completion Specialist – Mid-Continent Business Unit for ChevronTexaco from 2002 until joining the Company in 2004. From 1980 to 2002, Mr. Nemec held various positions with Texaco (Getty) in production, drilling and completion operations for fields throughout East Texas, South Texas, Louisiana, and the Gulf of Mexico.

James G. Marston, III Vice President - Land
| | Mr. Marston has been the Company’s Vice President – Land since August 1995. From 1977 to 1995, he served as Vice President – Land of Goodrich Oil Company, which held interests in and served as operator of various properties owned by a predecessor of the Company. Prior to joining Goodrich Oil Company, he was a landman with Crystal Oil Company. Mr. Marston is a Certified Petroleum Landman and is based in the Company’s Shreveport office. |
Jan L. Schott Vice President and Controller
| | On January 3, 2007, Jan L. Schott was hired as the new Vice President and Controller of the Company. Ms. Schott will also serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Schott served as Senior Manager, Expenditure Accounting and Systems Support of Apache Corporation since 2001. From 1997 to 2001 she served consecutively in the positions of Manager, Financial Analysis; Manager, Financial Accounting; and Manager, Expenditure Accounting. Prior to joining Apache Corporation, Ms. Schott was in public accounting with KPMG LLP from 1991 to 1997. Ms. Schott is a certified public accountant |
Leslee M. Ranly Vice President - Human Resources & Administration
| | Ms. Ranly joined the Company as Director of Human Resources, Corporate Secretary in September 2006 and was named Vice President – Human Resources and Administration in May 2009. Ms. Ranly has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry most recently serving as Vice President Human Resources & Corporate Secretary for Mission Resources Corporation. |
