ATG Announces Common Stock Offering
CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Feb 01, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ATG (Art Technology Group Inc., NASDAQ: ARTG) today announced that it intends to offer to sell, subject to market and other conditions, 25,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In connection with this offering, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,750,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the offering.

ATG plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for working capital and other general corporate purposes, including potential acquisitions.

ATG filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 relating to the securities described above with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 2, 2009, which became effective on November 18, 2009.
