Ms. Kunda was elected as a director of the Company in October 2008. She is the founder, President and CEO of Lápiz, one of the largest Hispanic advertising agencies in the United States and a division of Leo Burnett USA. In 2007, Ms. Kunda became President of Leo Burnett Puerto Rico concurrent with her position at Lápiz. With more than 25 years of advertising experience (including work in Latin America), Ms. Kunda has focused on the Latino consumer for the past 19 years. This expertise enables Ms. Kunda to provide valuable guidance to the Board with respect to Latin American and Caribbean markets. Ms. Kunda previously served as Director for Lenox Group, Inc., from October 2006 to April 2009 and was a member of the Lenox Audit Committee. Ms. Kunda has an undergraduate degree from Smith College and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
