Trey Clark is Vice President, Investor Relations of Baker Hughes Incorporated. Clark previously worked as Director of Human Resources for the completions and production business segment. Prior to this assignment, Clark worked as Director, Training, and Competency where he led the design, implementation, and accreditation of a company-wide competence management program. He began his career with Baker Hughes in 1998 as a wireline field engineer and progressed into several operations management positions in the United States and Europe. Clark has also held director-level positions in marketing, technical support, and business development, both domestically and internationally. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.

Prior to joining Western Atlas, Emerson held various positions with Halliburton from 1982 to1997. Alan Keifer is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated. He has been in this role since 1999. Previously, Keifer was Western Hemisphere Controller of Baker Oil Tools from 1997 to 1999 and Director of Corporate Audit for the company from 1990 to 1996. During his professional career, Marsh was a partner with the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP representing clients in the areas of corporate, finance, and securities laws. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Jay Martin is Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Deputy Counsel of Baker Hughes Incorporated. He has held this position since 2004. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Martin was a shareholder at Winstead Sechrest & Minick P.C., partner at Phelps Dunbar and Andrews & Kurth, and served as Assistant General Counsel of Mobil Oil Corporation’s worldwide exploration and production division. Martin has also served as General Counsel of Mobil Natural Gas, Inc. He earned Juris Doctorate, Bachelor of Business Administration, and Master of Public Administration degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Ronald Martz is Vice President, Internal Audit of Baker Hughes Incorporated. He has held this position since 2009 and has led the Internal Audit group since 2001. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Martz was a director in corporate finance for El Paso Corporation and was previously Vice President and General Auditor for the Coastal Corporation. He has also held various engineering positions with Atlantic Richfield and R.J. Reynolds Industries. Martz received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Houston. He is a certified internal auditor and a certified information systems auditor.

Alexander Peng is Vice President, Tax of Baker Hughes Incorporated. He has held this position since 2011. Prior to this appointment, he was Vice President, Taxes for SPX Corporation. Peng started his career with Arthur Andersen and then with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a director focused on tax advisory services for global manufacturing companies in industrial products and aerospace industries and private equity firms. Peng is a certified public accountant. He earned a graduate degree in taxation from the Charles H. Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University and undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance from McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Whitley earned a Juris Doctorate degree and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from the University of Utah. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
