Broadband provider captures access revenue and increases profit
margins with HickoryTech service

Corporation (Nasdaq:HTCO) today announced that Bresnan Communications
has signed a multi-year service bureau contract for HickoryTech's
SuiteSolution(R) service to bill for carrier access billing (CABS).
Bresnan Communications, a broadband telecommunications company, serves
customers throughout Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
SuiteSolution's CABS will form a key part of Bresnan's strategy to
accurately and efficiently bill other telecommunication providers for
access to Bresnan's fiber network. HickoryTech provides
next-generation billing and customer management software to
communications service providers across North America.

analysis on issues such as determining credits for dropped calls and
justifying charges billed in the event of a dispute. HickoryTech's
SuiteSolution(R) is a Web-based modular system combining customer
relationship manager, back office manager, work flow manager, plant
records, trouble reporting, message processing, batch process manager,
and carrier access billing (SECAB compliant) to process monthly
