HickoryTech entered into a strategic alliance with ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CKSW) as a certified channel partner to sublicense the product and provide ClickIMRS in North America. ClickSoftware is the leading provider of mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions.
