Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary
Linda G. Ferguson has served as the Company's Vice President, Administration, since 1997, and as the Corporate Secretary, since May, 2005. She was the Assistant Corporate Secretary from 1997 until 2005. Ms. Ferguson also serves as Secretary for each of the Company’s direct and indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, other than Energetic Additives, LLC. Ms. Ferguson has been employed by the Company since 1985 and served as the Vice President – Human Resources and Secretary for Western Electrochemical Company, the Company’s former principal operating subsidiary, from 1990 until 1994, and as Assistant Secretary of that subsidiary from 1995 until 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Ferguson was employed as a business management teacher in secondary schools and colleges in Colorado and Nevada. |
