WebMetro to add digital acquisition marketing capabilities to
TeleTech’s Customer Growth Services Division, Revana

today that it has signed an agreement to acquire internet marketing
firm, WebMetro. Under the terms of the agreement, WebMetro will become a
key part of TeleTech’s Customer Growth Services division, Revana.
The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is
expected to be completed in August, 2013.
