| Dr. Paramesh Gopi joined AppliedMicro in July 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Before that, he was Vice President and General Manager for Marvell's Embedded and Emerging Business Unit. Dr. Gopi served as Chief Technologist and held several management positions during his six-year tenure at Marvell. Before joining Marvell, he served as Executive Director, Strategic Marketing and Applications at Mindspeed Technologies/Conexant Systems.

| Bob Gargus, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined AppliedMicro in October 2005. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Open-Silicon, Inc., a privately held fabless ASIC company. Prior to Open-Silicon, he was the CFO at Silicon Image, a public semiconductor company specializing in high-speed serial communications technology. Before Silicon Image, he was President and CEO of Telcom Semiconductor and spent more than 10 years with Tandem Computers, serving in various roles including Corporate Controller, President and General Manager of Atalla Corporation, a Tandem Computers subsidiary.

| George Jones serves as vice president and co-general manager of connectivity products. He joined AppliedMicro in 2009 as associate vice president of North America Sales. Previously, he served as vice president, America's Sales at RMI Corporation, a provider of high-performance SoC processor solutions for infrastructure, enterprise, and consumer media markets. Mr. Jones co-founded Sand Hill Angels, and was also a co-founder of Phase II Technical Sales where he served as chief executive officer. Prior to Phase II, he served in key sales and marketing roles at VLSI Technology and Mostek. Mr. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. | |

| Parthiban Kandappan is vice president and co-general manager of connectivity products. Prior to joining AppliedMicro in 2011, he served as vice president of advanced systems engineering at Infinera where he was responsible for extending technology into new data center markets. He spent eight years as Infinera's vice president of systems engineering before his last position at the company. Prior to joining Infinera, Mr. Kandappan served as the vice president of hardware engineering at Zaffire, Inc. He was a co-founder of Berkeley Networks and held various roles in engineering and management at 3Com and Digital Equipment Corp. prior to his work at Berkeley Networks. Mr. Kandappan holds a master's in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from the University of Madras. | |

| Amal Bommireddy joined AppliedMicro in November 2009 as Vice President of Engineering, bringing with him more than 23 years of engineering and technical management experience. Before joining AppliedMicro, Mr. Bommireddy was Director of Engineering at Qualcomm, where he was responsible for design of baseband SOCs. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Engineering at Ample Communications, a fabless semiconductor startup. Bommireddy previously served as Director of the Switching Group at Intel Corp, and before that, as a Fellow at Acuson, a maker of ultrasound machines. Mr. Bommireddy has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Osmania University, India and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University. | |

| Vinay Ravuri joined AppliedMicro in 2006 and has held several senior management roles prior to becoming vice president and general manager of server products, where he is responsible for both engineering and marketing efforts. Prior to that, he held several senior engineering and management positions building embedded systems at Riverstone Networks (acquired by Lucent), Infinera, Bell-Labs, and IBM. Mr. Ravuri holds several patents in software, hardware, and systems design. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from City College of New York and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. | |

| Rohith Pai serves as vice president of sales and business development and is responsible for AppliedMicro’s corporate growth and strategic relationships in emerging markets. He joined AppliedMicro in June 2009 and served as head of business development and sales in the Americas and Asia. Mr. Pai has more than 20 years of business experience in ASICs, processors, and ASSPs for storage, wireless, networking, and embedded computing. Previously, he held senior sales management positions at Marvell and at LSI Logic Corporation. Before that, Mr. Pai served in technical and marketing roles at Headland Technology. Mr. Pai holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mangalore, India and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville. | |
| Michael Major Vice President, Corporate Marketing and Human Resources | |
Michael Major oversees the corporate marketing team at AppliedMicro, and is responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of brand management; marketing communications; public relations and industry analyst relations. He joined AppliedMicro in 2006 and has also served as vice president of human resources, leading the company’s talent, compensation and internal communications functions. He has more than 35 years of experience with human resources and communications-related activities. Previously, Mr. Major was with Silicon Image and Netscape Communications. Mr. Major’s experience includes 20 years consulting to companies on matters relating to human resources and communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Advanced Human Resources Executive Program. | |

| Bill Caraccio joined AppliedMicro as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June 2010. Before that, he was the co-founder and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of RMI Corporation, a provider of high-performance SoC processor solutions for infrastructure, enterprise, and consumer media markets, until it was successfully acquired by NetLogic Microsystems. Prior to RMI, Mr. Caraccio was a Partner of Pillsbury Madison and Sutro LLP (now Pillsbury Winthrop LLP). He is a member of the California and New York State Bar Associations, the American Bar Association, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Mr. Caraccio received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. | |
