Globecomm Announces Date of Fourth Quarter Financial Results Conference Call/Webcast

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 4, 2012-- Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a leading global provider of communications solutions and services, today announced that it will release its fiscal 2012 fourth quarter financial results after the market close on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 and will host a conference call on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss such financial results.

The call is open to the public and will be accessible live via the Internet on the Company's website at www.globecommsystems.com and at www.streetevents.com. A replay will be available starting approximately two hours after its conclusion and will continue for ten business days at both of these locations.
