We will hold our 2013 annual meeting of the stockholders of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., a Delaware corporation, on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., Mountain Time, at DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc., 2000 16th Street Denver, Colorado 80202. Information about the meeting and the various matters on which the stockholders will vote is included in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Proxy Statement which were mailed to stockholders.

Take Pena Blvd. going North towards Terminal East. Stay straight to go onto Pena Blvd. Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the left. Take the I-25 S exit, EXIT 274, toward Colorado Springs. Merge onto I-25 S / US-87 S via the exit on the left toward Colorado Springs. Take the 20th Street exit, EXIT 212C. Turn left onto 20th Street. Turn right onto Wazee Street. Turn right onto 19th Street. Turn left onto Wynkoop Street. Turn right onto 15th Street, turn North East or away from the Denver Contemporary Art Museum onto Delgany. Take first immediate left into the Deleganey cul‐de‐sac and pull into the DaVita parking garage.
