|DaVita Announces Pricing of $400 Million Senior Notes Due 2013|
|EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Feb 09, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- DaVita Inc.
(NYSE: DVA), today announced that it has priced $400 million aggregate
principal amount of 6-5/8% senior notes due in 2013. The senior notes are part
of the same series of debt securities as the $500 million aggregate principal
amount of 6-5/8% senior notes that were issued in March 2005. The offering is
expected to close on or about February 23, 2007, subject to customary closing

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay a portion of outstanding amounts under the term loan portion of its senior secured credit facilities.
The notes will be offered and sold only to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 and non-U.S. persons purchasing in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act. The securities to be offered will not be registered under the Securities Act or applicable state securities laws or blue sky laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration under the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws or available exemptions from the registration requirements.
