Spectrum Brands Holdings Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend of $0.30 Per Share

MIDDLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 29, 2014-- Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB) announced that its Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend, which is a regular taxable cash dividend, is payable on September 16, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 19, 2014.
