David R. Lumley
Chief Executive Officer

Dave Lumley was named chief executive officer in April of 2010. Dave joined Spectrum Brands in January of 2006 as president, North America. In February 2007, Dave was promoted to president, General Batteries and Personal Care. In October 2008, Dave added president, United Industries to his responsibilities. Prior to joining the company, Dave was president, Rubbermaid Home Products North America at Newell Rubbermaid between 2004 and 2006. From 1999 to 2003 he served as president and chief executive officer of EAS, a leading sports nutrition/health food provider. Between 1997 and 1999 he was president of Brunswick Bicycles, a division of Brunswick Corporation. Earlier in his career, Dave was president of OMC International, a division of Outboard Marine Corporation and held positions as a sales and marketing executive at a variety of companies, including Wilson Sporting Goods. Dave has served on numerous Boards of Directors either as an advisor or member including Newell-Rubbermaid, Brunswick Corporation, Outboard Marine Corporation, and recently, at Botanic Oils. Dave holds an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University, and masters of journalism and masters in business administration degrees from Northwestern University.
Anthony L. Genito
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tony was appointed our Chief Financial Officer in June, 2007. Prior to that time, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Tony joined Spectrum Brands in 2005, after a twelve year stint with Schering-Plough Corporation, where he served in a variety of management positions, most recently as Vice President Finance – Global Supply Chain/Global Quality Operations. He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Tony holds a masters in business administration from Pace University and a bachelors in business administration from Mercy College.
Terry L. Polistina
President, Small Appliances Division

Mr. Polistina was appointed to the Spectrum Board in August 2009 and was named President of Spectrum Brands’ Small Appliances Division, upon the closing of the Company’s merger with Russell Hobbs, Inc. in June 2010. Prior to joining Spectrum Brands, Mr. Polistina was CEO of Russell Hobbs. Russell Hobbs and its subsidiaries, which now make up Spectrum’s Small Appliances Division, are leading marketers and distributors of a broad range of branded small kitchen and home appliances, pet products and personal care products. This division has a broad portfolio of well recognized brand names, including Black & Decker®, George Foreman®, Toastmaster®, LitterMaid® and Farberware®. Prior to joining Russell Hobbs, Mr. Polistina served as Chief Operating Officer at Applica Incorporated in 2006-2007 and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Polistina also served as a Senior Vice President of Applica since June 1998. Mr. Polistina received an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Florida and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
Gregory J. Gluchowski, Jr.
President, Hardware and Home Improvement (HHI) Division

Gregory J. Gluchowski, Jr. has led the Hardware and Home Improvement (HHI) division since January 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Gluchowski was President of HHI, a division of Stanley Black & Decker’s Security Solutions business. He led the divestiture of HHI from Stanley Black & Decker and the subsequent acquisition of the division by Spectrum Brands in December 2012. He continues as President, HHI under Spectrum Brands.

Prior to assuming the role of President, HHI, Mr. Gluchowski led the early integration of the HHI division into the newly formed Stanley Black & Decker Corporation, following the merger of The Stanley Works and Black & Decker Corporation in 2010. In 2011, Mr. Gluchowski also had responsibility for Stanley Black & Decker’s Mechanical Access Solutions (MAS) Commercial business.

Prior to 2010, Mr. Gluchowski served as Vice President-Global Operations, Vice President-Manufacturing, and General Manager-Mexico Operations for Black & Decker’s HHI division. Prior to joining Black & Decker in 2002, Mr. Gluchowski served as Senior Vice President-Customer Satisfaction, Vice President of Global Operations, Vice President of Manufacturing, General and Plant Manager for Phelps Dodge Wire & Cable, a $400 million division of Phelps Dodge Corporation.

Mr. Gluchowski earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University in 1988 and an MBA from Indiana University-Fort Wayne in 1994. Mr. Gluchowski also completed the Global Management Program at Thunderbird University in 1997 and speaks fluent Spanish.

Andreas Rouvé
President, International

Andreas Rouvé was appointed President of Spectrum Brands´ international activities in January 2013. Since 2007, he served as Managing Director of Spectrum Brands´ European Battery and Personal Care business and integrated the European Home Appliance business in 2010 and the Pet activities in 2011. Mr. Rouvé joined Spectrum Brands in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer of the European Battery and Appliance division. Previously, he worked 13 years with VARTA AG in a variety of management positions, including Chief Financial Officer of VARTA Portable Batteries from 1999 to 2002, Managing Director Asia from 1997 to 1999 and Director of Finance of 3C Alliance L.L.P., a U.S. joint venture of VARTA, Duracell and Toshiba, from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Rouvé holds a Master’s of Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and a Doctor of Economics and Social Science (Dr. rer. soc. oec.) from the University of Linz (Austria).
Nathan E. Fagre
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Fagre was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Spectrum Brands in January 2011, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in May 2012. He previously had served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for ValueVision Media, Inc. from May 2000 until January 2011. Prior to that time, he had served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for the exploration and production division of Occidental Petroleum Corporation, from May 1995 until April 2000. Before joining Occidental Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Fagre had been in private law practice with Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP.

Mr. Fagre graduated with a bachelor's degree from Harvard College in 1977, received a master of philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in international relations from Oxford University in 1979, and received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1982. He served as a law clerk for Judge Cecil Poole of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 1982-1983.

Mr. Fagre is a director of the National Security Forum at the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, and served as chairman of the Electronic Retailing Association from 2008-2009 after becoming a director of the association in 2004. He also served as a director from 2004-2007 of Ralph Lauren Media LLC, an e-commerce joint venture among Polo Ralph Lauren Corp., NBC Universal and ValueVision. Mr. Fagre also has served as a member of the board of directors of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce since 2012.
