DUBLIN, Aug 02, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Cooper Industries plc (NYSE:CBE) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.27 on each share of the Company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable October 1, 2010, to shareholders of record on August 31, 2010.
