R. Kerry Clark, age 60, served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc., a provider of health care products and services until his retirement in 2009. Mr. Clark joined Cardinal Health in 2006 as President and Chief Executive Officer and became Chairman in 2007. Prior to that, he had held various positions at The Procter & Gamble Company, a consumer products company, since 1974, including President of P&G Asia; President, Global Market Development and Business Operations; and from 2004 to 2006, Vice Chairman of the Board. He is a director of Textron, Inc., Avnet, Inc., and Bausch & Lomb, Inc., and he was a director of Cardinal Health, Inc. from 2006 to 2009.
He has been on the General Mills Board of Directors since 2009 and is a member of the Finance Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
