Ventas Commits to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™

First REIT to Sign the Business Commitment to Advance D&I in the Workplace

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2018-- Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) has become the first real estate investment trust (REIT) to join the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Debra A. Cafaro, Ventas Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, joins a growing coalition of more than 500 CEO signatories committed to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
