WATERBURY, Conn., Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- For the fourth consecutive year, Webster Bank has been voted the Best Bank for legal services in the annual Connecticut Law Tribune readers poll.

In the annual poll, the Connecticut Law Tribune asks readers to vote for the best providers of goods and services for the legal profession. Webster provides a wide range of banking products designed for the legal industry, including cash management solutions, business remote deposit, IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts), and flexible, low-cost lending options.

Bergstrom, director of relationship sales for business & professional banking. "Winning the Connecticut Law Tribune poll for the fourth straight year is a testament to Webster's broad expertise and knowledge gained from successfully working with hundreds of law firms and clients across the state."

Webster is an active participant in prominent legal organizations across the state, including the Connecticut Bar Association and Connecticut Legal Services. Webster holds IOLTA Leadership Status with the Connecticut Bar Foundation and was named a 2010 honoree by Connecticut Legal Services for its ongoing support for the provision of legal services to the state's neediest families.
