|Webster Banker Pat Placencia Named To Providence Business News "40 Under Forty"|
PROVIDENCE, R.I., June 27, 2012 – Webster Bank, a leading New England financial institution, announces that Patricia Placencia, of Cranston, has been named to the 2012 Providence Business News “40 Under Forty.”
Placencia joined Webster in January 2012 as Vice President, Sales Manager for the bank’s mortgage and consumer finance division. Under her leadership, the bank’s Rhode Island consumer sales team has grown more than five-fold in six months’ time. Prior to joining Webster, she spent 12 years working for Bank of America in Rhode Island. Currently a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Placencia has also served on the boards of The Girl Scouts of Rhode Island and the Fund for Community Progress.
