NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2007--Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP)(NYSE:LPX) announced today that it has named Jamey Barnes as vice president, Oriented Strand Board (OSB) manufacturing.

Barnes, 56, joined the company in 2006 as Eastern Region OSB manager. With more than 30 years experience in wood products manufacturing, he previously had held management positions at International Paper and Georgia-Pacific. Barnes holds a BA in Business from the University of Arkansas.
