In August 2003, he retired as a four star general. From 2006 to 2009, General (ret) Franks served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Bank of America, NA, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. From 2005 to 2007, General (ret) Franks served on the Board of Directors of OSI Restaurant Partners, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed restaurant company. |
