Duane C. McDougall
President and Chief Executive Officer, Retired
Willamette Industries, Inc.

Mr. McDougall served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Willamette Industries, Inc., an international forest products company, from 1998 to 2002. Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. McDougall served as Chief Accounting Officer and in other positions during his 22 year tenure with Willamette Industries, Inc. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Boise Cascade LLC, and is a Director and Audit Committee Chair of The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. and Cascade Corporation. He is also Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of West Coast Bancorp. Mr. McDougall serves on the Audit and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees.
