Santiago, Chile, March 17, 2017. Banco Santander Chile (NYSE: BSAC; SSE: Bsantander) announced today that the Board agreed to summons the annual shareholders meeting on April 26, 2017. Among the items to be submitted for shareholder vote will be the annual dividend proposal of Ch$1.75459102 per share, corresponding to 70% of 2016 net income attributable to shareholders. With this proposal, the current dividend yield is 4.4%, considering the share price at the close of the Chilean stock market yesterday.
