According to Chilean regulations for banks, banks must pay-out at least 30% of net income as dividends. The annual dividend is determined by shareholders in the Annual shareholder meeting.
When is the Bank’s next general shareholder meeting?
The next meeting will be held in April 2024.
Where can I find Santander Chile stocks?

Our common stock is listed and traded on the Santiago Stock Exchange (under the ticker “BSAN”), which we refer to as the Chilean Stock Exchange. Our ADSs are listed and traded on the NYSE (under the ticker “BSAC”). The Bank of New York Mellon acts as Depositary of Santander-Chile’s ADS Program.  We currently have 188,446,126,794 shares of common stock outstanding.  Each ADS represents 400 shares of common stock.

What is the daily volume traded of the Bank’s shares?
The daily traded volume is approximately US$14.6 million per day, US$8.8 million in the NYSE and US$5.8 million in the Santiago Stock Exchange.
What are the Bank's current capitalization ratios?
