Veteran Banker Kent Eastman appointed as Texas State President
McLean, Va. (August 11, 2009) – Capital One Bank announced today new additions to its South Central Market leadership team, including the appointment of bank veteran, Don Barnes as South Central Market Executive. In this newly created role within Capital One’s Branch Distribution team, Barnes will focus on national sales delivery, customer experience, distribution strategy and business analysis for Texas and Louisiana.
Capital One also announced that Ricky Otey, former Texas State President and executive responsible for branch distribution in Texas, will assume the role of Northeast Market Executive for the Bank, leading branch distribution activities New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
“We continuously look for ways to refine our banking organization to ensure that we are providing best-in-class service to our customers,” said James Jackson, Capital One Bank Head of Branch Distribution. “We have an incredibly talented and motivated team across our branch banking network.
