The Capital One No Hassle Island Giveaway game cards will be in mailboxes beginning September 1, 2004 -- a specially designed envelope with the island logo will be visible. Consumers will also have opportunities to win island-destination vacations as 90 weeklong vacation first prizes and 200 weekend getaway second prizes will be awarded (valued at approximately $14,000 and $4,200 respectively).
