(NYSE: MOS) announced the election of David T. Seaton to its Board of
Directors. Mr. Seaton serves as senior group president of Fluor Corporation's
Energy & Chemicals, Power and Government business groups. In addition, he is
responsible for Fluor's activities in China and the Middle East. Fluor
