Briggs & Stratton Corporation announced the following results of its Annual Meeting held today:

Shareholders reelected Michael E. Batten, Keith R. McLoughlin and Brian C. Walker as directors to terms expiring in 2014.

Shareholders ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent auditors, and they approved the proposals on an advisory vote on executive compensation and the frequency of one year for an advisory vote on executive compensation.
