SPARKS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 23, 2009-- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on its common stocks payable July 20, 2009, to shareholders of record on July 6.

This is the 85^th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
