Through the Kent Automotive brand, the company provides collision and mechanical repair products to the automotive aftermarket. Rutland Tool and Supply was founded in 1955 in Whittier, CA. It markets and distributes a broad range of industrial tools, cutting tools, abrasives, machinery, precision instrument supplies, safety products and other MRO related supplies through five distribution centers located in the U.S. Customers are served through multiple channels including web, showrooms, catalogs and sales flyers. Rutland Tool and Supply's customer base includes industrial machine and metal working shops as well as maintenance and repair facilities. OEM Business Segment Automatic Screw Machine Products Company Automatic Screw Machine Products Company (ASMP) manufactures and distributes components, fasteners and fittings for use by OEM manufacturers. ASMP manufactures high-precision machine parts and components specific to the customer's specification needs. ASMP also manufactures products developed for high-strength critical applications and also sources externally produced items if applications call for such goods.
