| Goldleaf's Remote Capture Solution Earns Top Marks in Celent Report |
BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2006--In a recent report by Boston-based analyst firm Celent, Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc.'s (NASDAQ:GFSI) remote deposit express (RDX) was cited for its excellence in the depth of client services. Goldleaf's RDX solution was specifically noted for its turn-key implementation, ASP delivery, fast time-to-market, as well as its low cost and low-risk market entry. According to the report, analysts were impressed with the product's robust, interactive client-level decisioning engine, which allows precise, multi-variable control of item-level clearing and settlement. RDX also alerts users in real time if any parameters are violated and allows multiple capture locations to form a single bank deposit that can be reviewed and approved by a single individual. "Remote deposit capture solutions are still relatively new to the community banking market," said Lynn Boggs, president of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. "But given Goldleaf's legacy in the ACH origination space, it was a natural evolution of the product line to offer a remote deposit solution. Part of the company's success can be attributed to focusing on community banks and our goal to be single source provider of innovative technology solutions that enable them to compete more effectively and improve operational efficiency. Remote deposit is an integral component of that mission, and we are thrilled to be recognized by Celent for our solution." The Celent report also notes the server side of RDX as being sophisticated, yet straightforward for banks to operate using a Web interface. According to Celent, the client side, a Web client, is exceedingly simple. In addition, Celent reports that provisioning, entitlements, administration and reporting are "well-honed and highly usable." About Goldleaf Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc.
