IBT to Provide Core, Teller and Outsourced Item Processing
CEDAR PARK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 2009--Integrated
Bank Technology (IBT), a company that specializes in engineering
software for financial institutions, announced today that it has entered
into a strategic alliance with Goldleaf
Financial Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:GFSI) to provide core, teller and
outsourced item processing to Goldleaf's clients. As an additional part
of this agreement, IBT will acquire Goldleaf's core processing and
WinTELLER lines of business. Goldleaf is a provider of integrated
technology-based solutions designed to improve the performance of
financial institutions.
