(NYSE:FGP) today announced the declaration of its fourth quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per partnership common unit. The distribution marks the eightieth consecutive $0.50 quarterly distribution and is payable September 12, 2014, to common unitholders of record as of September 5, 2014.

The distribution covers the period from May 1, 2014 to July 31, 2014, the partnership's fourth quarter of fiscal 2014. Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.
